Official Jackson County docket questions must go to the office that keeps the case. This private resource cannot retrieve files or alter court settings. District cases route to the District Clerk, county-level matters route to the County Clerk, and lower-court cases stay with the justice or municipal court that heard them.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
